Bid Rock Ridge Public Schools- Is 2909, Virginia, Minnesota, is Presently Soliciting Competitive "prime Contract Bids" for The1404 Progress Parkway Renovation Project. All Bids Shall Be on a Lump Sum Basis. No Bid May Be Withdrawn For a Period of 60 Days After Bid Receipt Without Consent of the Owner. Each Bidder Shall Accompany the Bid Form With a Bid Security as Described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Irregularities in Bids. This Project Involves Remodeling An Existing Office Space Into an Educational Space Including Offices, Classrooms, Restrooms ,and Other Supporting Spaces. Scopes of Work Anticipated Include but Not Limited to Interior Demolition, Concrete Patching, Drywall and Framing, Casework, Flooring and Tile, Doors and Hardware, Ceilings, Painting, Specialties, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Hvac, and Electrical Upgrades, as Well as Other Improvements.
