This is a public bid.  We prefer to have pricing turned in prior to the due date and time for us to include in our bid.   Full scope of work is as indicated in the Drawings and Project Manual Specifications. The following description of work is a general summary 1. Exterior window replacement, excluding windows that have been recently replaced. 2. Exterior / interior window trim replacement at areas of window replacement. 3. Exterior siding replacement including continuous insulation and weather resistive barrier. 4. Exterior building trim replacement. 5. Roof soffit and fascia replacement where noted. 6. Unit entry roof covering replacement at Buildings A, B, C and D. 7. Unit entry exterior wind screen modifications. 8. Entry canopy column repair including refinishing. 9. Exterior wall vent improvements. 10. Window well replacement. 11. At "Building Type C" - Level 2 Bathrooms: Subfloor plumbing improvements related to bathtub sanitary drain and ceiling access. Also included is heat tape application and related electrical. 12. Coordination of exterior electrical conditions related to siding replacement. 13. Exterior electrical improvements related to tenant cable services. 14. Exterior security camera improvements. Window and siding replacement for Hilltop Homes, including all associated installation and repair work. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
