Site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Staunton, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
A: Abatement of floor tile, floor tile mastic and pipe insulation at Staunton Middle School, AHERA regulated work. B: Abatement of all asbestos containing materials from the 3-story Staunton High School in preparation for demolition, NESHAPS regulated work. Bid Security is required in the amount of ten (10) percent of Proposal. Bidder will be required to enter into a Project Labor Agreement for this project. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full amount of the bid accepted. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding, and to award a Contract for any part of the Work or the Project as a whole QA date - 10-3-2025 Questions regarding the documents or bidding procedures or requests for interpretations, corrections or changes should be directed to Wynter Farmer, Project Manager at 618-656-6988 by e-mail wynter@farmerenv.com.
