A: Abatement of floor tile, floor tile mastic and pipe insulation at Staunton Middle School, AHERA regulated work. B: Abatement of all asbestos containing materials from the 3-story Staunton High School in preparation for demolition, NESHAPS regulated work. Bid Security is required in the amount of ten (10) percent of Proposal. Bidder will be required to enter into a Project Labor Agreement for this project. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full amount of the bid accepted.
