This project consists of the removal of Asylum Reservoir #1 Dam at the Connecticut Valley Hospital and the restoration of the channel within the removed impoundment. Bidders should note that the State of Connecticut Labor Department prevailing wage rates will apply to this project as required under Articles 20 and 21 of the General Conditions.
