Engineering Services for Mill & Russell Street Pipe Bridge Repair/Replacement The City of Middletown is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional engineering services for design, permitting, bidding, construction administration and inspection services for the repair or replacement two sanitary sewer pipe bridges crossing the Sumner Brook. These crossing are located in Middletown, CT and include a 10-inch pipe crossing adjacent to the Russell Street Bridge and a 20-inch pipe crossing adjacent to the Mill Street Bridge. Both structures are in poor condition and need to be repaired or replaced. Question Deadline 12/17/2025 at 12:00 PM ET All questions concerning this RFP should be directed in writing to the Purchasing Department at purchase@MiddletownCT.gov. Question regarding the RFP shall be submitted. The City of Middletown reserves the right to waive any defect in any proposal and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof. Proposals, amendments to or withdrawals of proposals received after the time set for the receipt of proposals will not be considered. All proposals are subject to and must comply with the equal opportunity and non-discriminatory provisions set forth in the Affirmative Action Plan of the City of Middletown. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
