This project is therefore subject to the state set-aside goals of 25% SBE and 6.25% MBE on the entire state contract amount. Question Deadline 03/06/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Last Day for RFIs The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to the following The abatement and demolition of existing finishes, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing fixtures in eight gang restrooms and installation of all new finishes, HVAC, electrical and plumbing fixtures for the eight gang restrooms. The restrooms are in two separate buildings, Wheaton and Snow Hall. Each building has two restrooms per floor, (2 floors) totaling 4 restrooms each. The layouts are identical on both floors and both buildings. The work shall take place May 20, 2026, through August 14, 2026. (86 calendar days) The contractor shall begin the work on the second-floor restrooms in both Wheaton and Snow Halls simultaneously. This will leave the first-floor restrooms available for use by faculty and staff that work in the buildings over the summer. Once the second-floor restrooms are complete and Certificate of Occupancy is issued by OSBI, work shall commence on the first-floor restrooms. The faculty and staff in the building will then use the newly renovated restrooms on the second floor as work commences on the first-floor restrooms.
