This project involves Project is located at 3535 Forest Road, Lansing, MI - Henry Executive Center. Room D10: Remove carpet, ceiling tiles, lighting fixtures, diffusers, cooling unit in D10A; sawcut and infill concrete slab for electrical floor boxes; install wall and closet door; install carpet tile flooring; provide outlets and data drops for work stations, behind monitors as needed and new floor boxes per Bid Set; remove existing floor boxes per bid set; and install LED lighting with controls and zones, plus additional work called out in Bid Set drawings. Room D14A: Remove flooring, ceilings, lighting fixtures, partial wall between D14 and D14A; construct metal stud wall to create conference room in D14A; install acoustical ceilings; install carpet tile flooring; paint walls; provide conference room; rework HVAC; provide outlets/data in new walls; and install LED lighting and controls. Plus additional work called out in Bid Set drawings. Suite D14: Replace flooring; replace ceilings; frame in wall per plan to create new conference room, provide power per Bid Set, and install LED lighting. Plus, additional work per bid set drawings. Add alternate pricing for new carpet, base, and wall paint in suite D20. The substantial construction completion date for the project, as set forth in the project manual and drawings is March 13, 2026. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals either in whole or in part and to waive any irregularities. Withdrawal of any proposal is prohibited for a period of 120 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Performance and Labor and Material Bonds are required as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. All prospective Bidders, their Subcontractors and suppliers must be awardable by and in compliance with the directives and guidelines of the Contract Compliance Division of the Michigan Civil Rights Commission. Question Deadline 10/01/2025 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to be received by the Architect at least fourteen days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
