Reference Number 0000398100 Bid Intent Not Available The Douglas County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for purchase of traffic sign materials. The initial term of this bid is November 2025 - for a one-year period, with options to renew for three (3) additional one-year terms. The purchase of traffic sign materials will be made under a Purchase Order number, by Douglas County. Each Purchase Order shall be a directive/authorization to purchase the required signing materials. Prices bid shall be firm and valid during the initial term. Our intent is to solicit the purchase of approximately 2,500 signs during term year one, excluding unforeseen challenges. No other County staff or officials associated with this project should be contacted regarding this bid. Doing So May Result in Bidder's Disqualification. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the bid opening and all bids shall remain firm during this period. Douglas County reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all bids, to evaluate bids, to accept portions of any bids and to accept any bid, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to add to or delete from the contract after the contract has been awarded.
