The implementation of this program requires an associated annual maintenance program to adequately maintain these features. CDOT is soliciting for bids for removal of sand from sediment basins, around bridges, road shoulders and barrow ditches along specific hightway corridors, and disposal in CDOT-designated or privately-owned sites.
