A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” Reference Number 0000398576 Cherry Creek School District is seeking proposals from qualified design/build firms to provide comprehensive design/build services for the CCSD Baseball & Softball Turf Fields Project. This project includes the demolition/removal of the existing irrigation, grass, clay/dirt, and associated field appurtenances within the existing fencing and the design/construction of the new fully turfed baseball & softball fields inclusive of synthetic pitching mounds, new respectively colored infield and outfield turf covering the entire area within the existing field bullpen fences. Three CCSD high schools will be targeted for this returfing effort over the course of 3 summers (2026, 2027, & 2028). The District does not currently have a basis of design for the new turf fields and this work will be setting the standard and creating a new spec for all future CCSD high school baseball/softball fields.
