This is an old water storage tank that has not been in service for several years. The tank in roughly 15 ft tall oval shape (Exhibit A). The city is looking for a company to: Scope of Services Removal of wood to designated area Removal and disposal of metal material Demo concrete into tank The Contractor shall perform the Scope of Services during the city work week of Monday thru Thursday in the calendar year 2025, commencing after council approval. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities in the proposals, and to re-advertise for proposals if desired. After considering all proposals and information City of Central Request for Proposal provided during the application process, the City may select the contractor it deems most advantageous to the City based on the needs and desires of the City.
