Reference Number 0000397806 Purchase Type Term: 01/01/2026 08:00 PM EST - 12/31/2026 02:00 AM EST The City of Central City, Colorado, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide weekly cleaning services for City Hall, located at 141 Nevada Street. The objective is to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for staff and visitors. The contract will be awarded based on the attached contract document and will be for a period of January 1 2026 to December 31 2026, with an option for renewal. Scope of Services A detailed cleaning of the five (5) bathrooms and kitchen area, Dusting, vacuuming and trash removal for the entire building, Restocking toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers as needed in the bathroom and kitchen areas. The City will provide the cleaning supplies and restocking materials (inclusive of paper goods) at City's cost during the term of the agreement.
