Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Scotia, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: Project includes traffic control, removal of existing pavement, earthwork, approx. 3,300 square yards of concrete paving, concrete sidewalks, storm sewer, seeding and associated work. Certified check, cashier's check or bid bond made payable to Owner. Selected bidder shall supply: Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% ofthe total base bid.
