Site work and paving for a road / highway in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project consists of road repair work throughout the City of Central as shown in the construction plans and as required by the City on various roadways throughout the City Limits. Construction work generally includes asphaltic concrete, base course, cold planing, pavement patching, temporary traffic control, and other necessary items as shown on the plans & specifications. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates must accompany each Bid, and shall be made payable to the Owner A performance and payment bond for the work will be required upon execution of the contract, equal to one hundred percent (100%) of said contract written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana and who is currently on the U.S. All questions and/or request for clarifications must be electronically submitted to the project engineer, Jason Ellis via email to jason@novusreb.com by Friday, September 26, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. No questions will be answered after the deadline for questions passes. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
