User Agencys Name: Louisiana State University, Planning, Design and Construction. D. Architects Name: Remson Haley Herpin Architects/Tipton Associates, A Joint Venture. E. The Project consists of the alteration of the existing Jesse Coates Building. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written as described in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project.
