Flourish, as Development Manager, is soliciting pre-qualifications on behalf of Indwell Community Homes from General Contractors for the adaptive reuse of the Health Services Building located at 346 South St., London, ON. HSB is a heritage-designated structure, with three full storeys, a partial fourth storey, and a mechanical sub-basement. It will feature 96 1BR and bachelor units, with a community food hub. Its total GFA is approx. 7500m2 / 80,000 ft2. The principal architect on the project is Invizij Architects Inc., and the building is being designed to passive house standards for maximum energy efficiency and building performance. Estimated Pre-tender Construction Cost: $35 million (excl.
