Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in London, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The UTRCA is requesting Bids to complete construction works for phases 9-13 of the West London Dyke Reconstruction Project. The work of the contract generally involves the following: o Installation of ~ 340m of earthen berm including using select on site material. o Supply and installation of ~615m of new West London Dyke wall structure(s) with combinations of single wall, double wall and double cribbed walls. The replacement structures are to be a near vertical geosynthetic reinforced wall with a modular block revetment facing to a maximum exposed height of 4.65m o Removal of ~190m of existing West London Dyke sloped concrete revetment o Landscape, pathways, railing and path lighting in Cavendish Park, Kiwanis Park and Mitchell A Baran Park o Supply and installation of new storm sewers o Decommissioning and grouting of existing sanitary sewers along the Thames River o Reconstruction of parking lot at MN 78 Riverside Drive - London Kiwanis Senior Centre including the addition of new 1800mm diameter storm sewer and headwall o Placement of topcoat asphalt on Cavendish Crescent south of Wyatt Street o Control of pedestrians around the site. o All associated restoration and, o The protection of the natural environment throughout the Contract Limits. The contractor shall be responsible for complete restoration of all areas disturbed during construction. The following Manufacturer's/Supplier's shall be used for the precast modular block reinforced earth system for wall construction on this project.
