The project is expected to be awarded on October 20, 2025.** The City of Pewaukee, Wisconsin hereby gives notice that sealed unit price Bids will be received for the following project work within the City of Pewaukee, Waukesha County, Wisconsin: o ~8,200 S.Y. of asphalt and base course removal and replacement o ~900 S.Y. of asphalt driveway removal and replacement o ~220 S.Y. of concrete driveway removal and replacement o ~680 L.F. of full depth pavement sawcutting o ~450 L.F. of 17x13-inch CMP arch culvert o ~290 L.F. of 49x33-inch CMP arch culvert o ~6,000 L.F. of ditch regrading o ~9,300 S.Y. of topsoil, turf seeding, and erosion control mat installation o Water valve box, hydrant, and sanitary manhole casting adjustments chimney seal removal and replacement, mailbox removal and replacement, and all appurtenant work within the project area Pre-Qualification: Yes Est.
