The City of Danville is seeking proposals for Architectural and Engineering Services to develop final construction drawings based on a conceptual plan created by a landscape architecture firm for the site located at 231 Main Street (Parcel #20003). The vision for this site is to create a vibrant space that offers food, beverage, and micro-retail opportunities for entrepreneurs, while seamlessly integrating with Main Street Plaza. The project aims to foster economic development by enhancing opportunities for small businesses, tourist, and community members, and contributing to the revitalization of the downtown area.
