BLANKET ADVERTISEMENT FOR VARIOUS MINOR CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS (NOT for a specific project) Contractors who submit the form linked below will be added to a bidders list, and will receive notification from CSUDH on new bidding opportunities for minor capital projects. California State University, Dominguez Hills, is seeking qualified General Contractors holding either Class A, B, and/or C licenses, to perform various jobs and/or minor capital projects as needed through June 30, 2026. The University shall establish a shortlist of qualified contractors for possible future minor cap projects. The maximum dollar value of any individual minor capital project will not exceed $1,103,000.00. The University shall establish a shortlist of qualified contractors and service providers for a variety of services including but not limited removal, replacement, repair, remodel, renovate, construct or maintain facilities, may include, but are not limited to, demolition, site improvements, remodels, flooring, glazing, painting, lathing and plastering, roofing, sheet metal, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, telecommunications, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, security and surveillance systems, etc. The Trustees are required to achieve a minimum goal of 3% DVBE and 25% Small Business Enterprise participation
