The park is surrounded by single family dwellings. The project scope involves but not limited to, expanding the building by approx. 1,525 sq.ft., to provide more office space, public restrooms, additional internal storage, and facade Improvements. Interior Improvements includes flooring, kitchen renovations, restroom modifications and additional full restrooms, office expansion, new HVAC, roof resurfacing, and new lighting, and walkway enhancements. The project will also remove the old wading pool to be replaced with a splash pad water feature. All responses become the property of the City and, once a selection is made, may be considered public records, subject to disclosure under the California Public Records Act--except for those elements lawfully exempt from disclosure. Any changes to the IFB will be issued as addenda through PlanetBids. Unless otherwise stated, all documents must be uploaded in PDF format.
