The Town of Fort Erie is requesting the tender for the reconstruction of Bowen Road from Central Ave to Niagara Blvd neighbourhood of Fort Erie. The general scope of work consists of the replacement of the existing 100 mm diameter cast iron watermain, including new service connections to each property. The sanitary sewer system will also be fully reconstructed, with replacement of the main and all associated laterals. In conjunction with these underground works, Bowen Road will undergo complete reconstruction, including excavation, placement of new granular materials, and installation of both base and surface course asphalt to provide a fully renewed roadway structure. All tenders must be accompanied by a Digital Agreement to Bond and a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $60,000.00 payable to The Corporation if the Town of Fort Erie.
