The work includes providing bonds and insurance; remove discharge head, column assembly, pump, motor, and accessories; sound lap; haul the column assembly, pump, motor and accessories to the yard and dispose of any items not specified for reuse; run water in the well overnight; provide 680-feet (680') of 1/4 -inch ( 1/4 ") Dekeron-coated stainless steel airline, including strapping material, airline fittings, and airline gauge; install pump, motor, column assembly, and accessories, including assembling components; disinfect the well in accordance with AWWA C-654; provide performance test, including vibration analysis; coat the existing discharge head; perform water sampling and testing; bacteriological testing; restore site grading to original or better; and hydromulch seeding; complete as specified.
