Proposals shall be submitted through one the following options: by mail to City of Aransas Pass, P.O. Box 2000, Aransas Pass, TX, 78335, or SEALED in person at City Hall, 600 W. Cleveland Boulevard, Aransas Pass, TX 78336 All materials shall be PDF file format and formatted to be easily printed on standard 8.5 x11 paper. Two copies are requested. 1.1 Facsimile transmittals or offers communicated by telephone will not be accepted or considered. Question Deadline 09/23/2025 1.2 If the proposer desires not to submit a Proposal at this time, but wishes to remain on the commodity notification list, please submit a "No Quote" response (same time/location). The City of Aransas Pass is always very conscious and extremely appreciative of the time and effort expended to submit a proposal. However, on "No Quote" responses please communicate any qualification requirement(s) which may have influenced your decision to "No Quote." 1.3 If a response is not received in the form of a "Request for Proposal" or "No Quote" However, if you choose to "No Quote" at this time but desire to remain on the notification list for other commodities, please state the specific product/service for which your agency wishes to be classified. Any explanation, clarification, or interpretation desired by a Proposer regarding any part of this R.F.P. must be requested from the City of Aransas Pass at least six (6) calendar days prior to the published submission deadline SPECIFICATIONS: o Contractor to supply design services for full restroom remodel. o Contractor shall prepare and complete the design and all construction services for the remodeling of all public restrooms at the Aransas Pass Civic Center. o Remodeling shall include: o Remodel/new tile, fixtures, mirrors, backsplash, towel/TP dispensers, stalls, toliets, sinks, counters, paint o Restroom facilities include: Two multistall womans restrooms, two multistall mens restrooms, one single stall womans restroom, one single stall mens restroom, and one single stall handicap restroom. o Contractor is responsible for providing regular project updates to facility manager. o Project schedule must be coordinated with the facility manager based on the demands and needs of business, accommodating for the least interruptions possible. o Contractor is responsible for any and all necessary permits and licenses. o Contractor must provide at a minimum $1,000,000.00 general commercial liability insurance policy with the City listed as an additional insured. o Contractor must submit an invoice prior to receiving payment. The payment schedule and method will follow all state and local guidelines. o Contractor must is responsible for the containment and disposal of all debris.
