The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after "District", "Owner" and "CFTOD") is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system. Question Deadline 09/25/2025 at 6:00 PM ET The scope of work for the Fire Station #4 Generator Replacement project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing emergency generator with a new owner-furnished generator and annunciation panel. Work includes the relocation of the generator from its current storage location to its final position, installation of temporary generator connections, construction of new concrete housekeeping pads for both the generator and temporary connection panel, electrical connections, installation of the manual transfer switch, and testing and commissioning. The project aims to ensure reliable emergency power supply while minimizing downtime and adhering to all relevant safety, building, and electrical codes. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permitting pursuant with the associated construction drawings. NOTE: The scope also includes the provision and operation of a temporary emergency generator to validate connections and maintain power continuity during the transition.
