The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and design-build services necessary for the renovation of approximately 4,000 square feet, including the front waiting area, two single-stall bathrooms, and the back pharmacy areas. The scope includes new paint, flooring, ceiling tiles, LED lighting fixtures, and bathroom renovations. All work must be phased to maintain pharmacy operations, with coordination for pharmacy escorts as needed. The contractor shall match finishes to adjacent Building 500 clinical spaces and comply with VA Technical Information Library (TIL) requirements. The design phase is 120 calendar days, followed by a 120-day construction phase. Safety requirements include OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour certifications, and the contractor must submit an Activity Hazard Analysis and Accident Prevention Plan.
