That specifications and proposal forms for furnishing all labor and materials and professional consulting and/or construction services for the following project entitled: Rhodes Ave Landslide Rehab Project Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid, made payable to QVCOG. The successful bidder must furnish a Surety Company Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The successful bidder must also furnish a Surety Company Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. In the event no provision for maintenance bond is set forth, the amount shall be fifty (50%) of the contract price for the stipulated two (2) year period. Questions Due Date: Sep 25th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT Questions Online Portal the Allegheny County MBE/WBE Program enacted July, 1981, which sets forth goals of 13 percent Minority and 2 percent Female Business Enterprise; and the Allegheny County Ordinance #6867-12, setting forth goals of 5 percent Veteran Owned Small Businesses." The Quaker Valley Council of Governments and/or Aleppo Township reserve the right to reject any and all bids, alternates, or parts of bids, and to waive any informality in the proposals received.
