Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Generator Replacement Project 2025: Hollywood Water Plant, Waxahachie Water Plant, and Barbara Mae Lift Station Bid Security Shall Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder Must Furnish Performance and Payment Bonds on the Forms Furnished With the Proposal, in the Amount of 100% of the Total Contract Price. The Project includes the following Work: Remove and replace existing generators with natural gas generators. Key Map No. 497-K. Qualified Minority, Women and Disadvantaged, and Business Enterprise (M/W/Dbe) Firms Are Invited to Participate in the Bidding Process. This Project Will Be Federally Funded by the U.s. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Department Through Harris County Housing and Community Development (Hchcd). Applicable Requirements Include, but Are Not Limited to, Compliance With Davis-bacon Act, Fair Labor Standards Equal Employment Opportunity, Section 3 of Thehud Act of 1968, Affirmative Action, and Contracting With Small, Minority and Disadvantaged Firms (Hub/Mwbe), as Detailed in the Contract Documents.
