Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Lift Stations No. 1 & No. 2 Improvements Contract No. 1 Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Rehabilitation of Lift Station No. 1 & No. 2, including but not limited to Installation of canopies with overhead lighting over control panels for each Lift Station; Replace piping at Lift Station No. 2 as well as recoat wet well, On-Site Manholes, dry pit and coat new piping; bypass pumping; replace control panel and Misc. Electrical Equipment and upgrade HMI; Install a natural Gas Generator and ATS; and install safety grate over wet well; and miscellaneous civil and electrical items as specified in the construction drawings and project manual. Question Deadline 09/23/2025 Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request[online ]for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening. final completion within 150 calendar days
