Renovation of an educational facility in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 23,487-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
The Bid Will Consist of Adding a Storage Room to an Existing Gym and Installing a New Entrance Door. Construction Can Begin During Our Spring Break - March 30th to April 3rd. The Building Will Be Fully Accessible for Constructionstarting June 8, 2026, and Will Need to Be Completed by September 6, 2026. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and Further Reserves the Right to Award Each Proposal Separately and to Evaluate Any or All Bids on Factors Including but Not Limited to Low Bid and to the Best Advantage of Island City Academy Questions Can Be Directed to Rob Gruesbeck @ Gruesbeckr@michigan.gov or Aaron Warren @ Wawarren@islandcity.org. Provide additional entrance to Mulipurpose Room, Add enclosed Storage Areas within existing Multipurpose Room.
