A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Ingham County seeks proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to enter into a contract for the purpose of making improvements to Bunker Road Landing. The general scope of work includes but is not limited to expanding the gravel parking lot (2,900+- yd2.) with two (2) paved ADA Parking spaces, concrete sidewalks (1,600+- SF) and replacing existing wood stepped launch (340+- SF). Refer to the plans and specifications for complete project requirements prepared by the County's Consultant's Spicer Group, Inc. If any terms and conditions differ from the RFP Packet #27-26 Bunker Road Landing Improvements, the County's terms and conditions shall prevail.
