Fencing Installation for Carolyn Crayton Park Macon-Bibb County Government. Question Deadline 09/19/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions to be submitted via email to Lhardwick@maconbibb.us Macon-Bibb County is soliciting bids for fencing and installation to be completed at Carolyn Crayton Park. The location is 150 Willie Smokie Glover Drive, Macon, Georgia. The project will consist of installation of fencing for four (4) soccer fields. Bidder is required to include all delivery, material, hardware, and labor cost necessary to complete the job. 1. Each of the four (4) soccer fields will be 1200 feet x 4 feet with 12 feet x 4 feet double drive gate. 2. All material to be Black and Vinyl Coated Chain Link Fence 3. Fence fabric to be 4 FT; 8 GA 4. Post installation to be 2 feet in the ground with 80 lb. concrete per post 5. Install SS40 1 5/8" gate frames with 8 gauge 6. Install 2240 1 5/8" top rail sleeved 7. Install SS40 2-inch line post 8. Install 3-inch terminal post 9. Install 8-gauge bottom tension wire 10. Vendor provides all hardware coated or factory painted components, tools, materials and labor needed to complete the installation of fencing. 11. Vendor will coordinate work activities with Macon-Bibb County's Project Manager. 12. All waste materials, waste, and debris shall be cleaned from the job site each day. In the event the site has not been cleaned up, the County reserves the right to charge the Contractor's final bill for the appropriate cost for such cleaning. 13. Vendor to provide warranty and provide the number of years for warranty and what is covered in the warranty. 14. Shipping and freight costs are to be included.
