Question Submission Deadline: October 1, 2025, 11:00am The City seeks a consultant to perform professional design services for the Sand Dune Park Improvements Project. The Consultant shall have direct experience with landscape architecture, park facilities, layout, and attribute planning and design, playground equipment with sustainable materials for a marine environment, knowledge of ADA accessibility requirements, and all else applicable for delivery of the project. The professional design services tasks include, but are not limited to, the following as further outlined in the RFP attachment: Task 1 - General Administration and Meetings 1.1 Schedule Meetings 1.2 Coordination with Agencies 1.3 Quality Control and Assurance Task 2 - Design Services 2.1 Existing Conditions and Site Analysis 2.2 Landscape Design 2.3 Utility Coordination 2.4 Geotechnical Engineering Services 2.5 Draft Construction Drawings and Technical Specifications 2.6 City Plan Check and Calculation Packages 2.7 Construction Cost Estimate and Schedule Task 3 - Bidding and Construction Support Services 3.1 Bidding Assistance 3.2 Construction Assistance 3.3 Record Drawings The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
