The scope of work for this RFP includes: Design and construction of the buildings; All related Site Development; Utility connections; Required coordination and approval processes with relevant Authorities Having Jurisdiction(s) and; Pedestrian and traffic connections to Crestview, as relevant. DESIGN PRINCIPLES: Design and construction to exemplify best land use and support a cost-effective project; Building design and construction strategy to support long term sustainability and Energy Efficiency. Future operating and maintenance costs to be considered in selection of building systems, equipment and materials. Design to provide a durable, air tight and high insulation-value exterior wall assembly, along with careful detailing of transitions, connections and penetrations.
