Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sanford, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Lee County is accepting proposals for replacing the existing chiller 2 at the Lee County Courthouse and Jail located at 1400 S. Horner Blvd, Sanford, NC 27330. The scope of work includes all labor, materials, supervision, overhead & profit, insurance, permits, inspections, taxes, and all other items necessary for successful completion of the project. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, any part of a bid, and to waive informalities and technicalities in the bidding procedure. Bids must remain subject to acceptance and valid for thirty (30) days from the date of opening. Lee County is an equal opportunity employer and services provider.
