The City of Pigeon Forge is seeking proposals from qualified construction firms interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk services for the construction of a New City Hall Building and Campus Improvements/Buildings. Once the New City Hall is completed, the Old City Hall Buildings and Police Department will be demolished. Proper permits and necessary approvals must be obtained by the (CM/GC). The City plans to construct a New City Hall and Campus Improvements/Buildings on the existing location of the City Hall Campus. The current plan is to start construction of the New City Hall Building at the former Fire Station 1 location. The City has completed the programming space with SRA Architects, and a preliminary site plan has been developed. The plan for the New City Hall Building is an estimated 91,000 square feet of heated space (66,000 sq. ft. of finished space and 25,000 sq. ft. of the space will remain unfinished). The Post Office Roof will need to be painted and included as part of this proposal. Campus Improvements and additional Buildings or construction projects may be added as the plans progress.
