This Request for Construction Tender (the RFC) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (BNS) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Foundation Building Improvements - Interior Work, as further described in the RFC Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). This RFC is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.
