This Request for Construction Tender (the RFC) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (BNS) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Foundation Building Improvements - Interior Work, as further described in the RFC Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). This RFC is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete Foundation Building Improvements, located at 1549 Lower Water Street for a Stipulated Lump Sum Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
