Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Topeka, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of removal and replacement of failing concrete pavement panels and adjacent curb & gutter sections on SW Gage Blvd. There are multiple spots where we required some pavement repairs on SW Gage Blvd. near the intersections at SW Stratford Rd & south of SW 17th St. Q And A Open9/11/2025 11:56:00 PM Q And A Close9/26/2025 3:30:00 AM The failing concrete pavement panels and curb & gutter sections are located on the both lanes. One lane of traffic in each direction on Gage Blvd. must be maintained at all times during construction. Exact project limits will be marked by the Construction Inspector prior to the beginning of construction. See Exhibits B and C, below, for the construction limits at each site. The Contractor shall take care to not disturb the existing pavement markings that are located adjacent to the pavement panels to be removed. Pavement markings are not included with this project. CONTRACT TIME. The schedule for this project is critical. The Work will commence as soon as practical with the issuance of a Start Work Order. Substantial Completion of the Work will be within 21 days from the date the Start Work Order is issued, and completed and ready for Final Completion and payment within 7 days from the date when Substantial Completion is achieved.
