The project is located in Estancia, NM and includes drilling and development five (5) new groundwater monitoring wells including surface casing,SCH40PVC casing and screen,formation stabilizings and pack, cement seal as well as plugging/abandonment of four(4) existing monitoring wells including removal of existing surface casings and appurtenances,cementing/grouting of existing casing sand backfill/grading to match surrounding surface and other items as necessary to provide a complete and functional project. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicate din the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to adjust quantities included in the Bid Schedule as necessary to provide a complete project with the available funding. The Bidding Documents for this project may be obtained at the following designated at online. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda and other in-formation relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda,and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated web-site. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
