Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Mars Hill, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Contractor is to provide all labor and materials for the complete construction of Seedling Coolers Slabs, Pesticide Storage Buildings, Polesheds, Storage Shed as well as the installation of Seedling Coolers, demolition of structures, and related work at US Forest Service Pisgah, Appalachian and Grandfather Ranger District Work Centers per the plans and specifications included in the Construction Documents. The period of Performance for all work shall be 270 days from the Notice to Proceed. The Period of Performance for the three Seedling Coolers, complete, in place, and operational including slabs and electrical services, shall be January 1, 2026 or 90 days from Notice to Proceed, whichever is later
