The City of Maryville, Tennessee is seeking bids for Metal Building and Erection at our Wastewater Treatment Plant. Question Deadline 09/22/2025 at 4:30 PM ET Prospective contractors may submit questions concerning this solicitation. Submit questions via email to Karen Smitherman at kdsmitherman@maryville-tn.gov The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a contract with a qualified vendor for the site preparation, supply of, and installation of an Arco Building Systems pre-engineered building for the City of Maryville (hereafter "COM"), to be erected at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Louisville, TN. The specifications require the furnishing of all materials, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, supplies, and transportation necessary to purchase and erect a metal building for the COM. The COM has worked with ARCO Building Systems to design the metal building to be erected; those plans are included in this bid document.
