All bidders shall contact Kettelhut's office (765-447-2181 or kci@kettelhut.com) a minimum of five days prior to this deadline to verify they are actively registered in their Pipeline database and have received an Invitation to Bid which are both required in order to submit a bid electronically on this project. Bid Submission requirements vary depending on contract values. o All other bidding requirements as specified in this Instruction to Bidders still apply including but not limited to: State Form 96, Bid Security, Bid Form, Bid Form Attachments, etc. o Exceptions: o Bid Amount less than $150,000.00 Indiana State Form 96 is not required. Bid Security (Certified Check, Bid Bond) is not required. o Bid Amount less than $200,000.00 Bid Security (Certified Check, Bid Bond) is not required. All Bid Packages over $100,000.00 will be required to include an add alternate for Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of their base bid, including alternates.
