Scope of Services The City of Santa Barbara (City) is inviting proposals including statements of qualifications from civil engineering firms to provide design, bidding support, design support during construction, project documentation, and project coordination services for the Islay Street Bridge Replacement Project (Project). See Attachment 1 for a Site Location Map and Attachment 2 for Site Photographs. The Project will result in the replacement of the existing Bridge along with the design of creek transition walls and both vertical and horizontal roadway realignments. Right of Way (ROW) tasks will include any acquisitions, temporary and permanent easements, and rights of entry outside of the City's ROW required for construction. Surface drainage patterns within the Project area will be adjusted as necessary, and existing storm drain inlets will be adjusted as needed.
