The Project is located along Via Lucero Road, Hope Avenue, and State Street in Santa Barbara CA, and is described as follows: o Installation of a new dual fused 8-inch HDPE Via Lucero force main from the Via Lucero Lift Station located at 3960 Via Lucero to a transition manhole at Via Lucero and Hope Avenue; o Construction of a cast-in-place flow metering and control vault, and electrical and instrumentation work; o Abandonment of existing 6-inch cast iron force main; and o Replacement of a portion of the gravity sewer system downstream of the new force main, including: replacing 8-inch VCP sewer with 12-in C900 PVC in Hope Avenue, replacing 10-inch VCP sewer with 15-inch C900 PVC in State Street.
