The consultant selection process and subsequent fee negotiation and contracting will follow the requirements of FAA AC 150/5100-14E. Milwaukee County will select one consulting team to provide the services identified in this RFQ. The selected team shall negotiate scope and fees and enter into a contract with Milwaukee County.
