The County of Volusia, Public Works/Engineering & Construction is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of Gemini Springs Pedestrian Bridge Replacement located at 37 Dirksen Drive, DeBary, Florida 32713. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings.
