Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Chaska, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
In general and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 429, the work consists of the construction of pumping facility with approximately the following quantities: o 150 LF of 6"-18" PVC Watermain Pipe o 250TN of Aggregate Base o 1,600 SY of Miscellaneous Turf Establishment and Soil Stabilization o 100 TN of Bituminous Paving o 1 EA of well pump facilities including poured-in-place concrete valve vault, controls, two pitiless units and two well pumps with controls and backup generator Along with miscellaneous utility improvements, removals, restoration, signing, miscellaneous electrical components and installation, well components and installation, and correlated appurtenances.
