As of April 30, 2026, the project was awarded to Park Construction, with an awarded amount of $80,475.01. The work requires the reclaiming or removal of 50% of the parking lot, or removal of existing blacktop at the Chaska Town Course equaling 3500 square yards of existing blacktop, regrading of the sub grade and compacting of the subgrade, removing 4 inches of millings to accept 4 inches of new blacktop placed in two lifts. The job includes paving blacktop back in at a compacted depth of 4 inches, for 31,500 square feet of parking lots using 790 tons of blacktop. All bids must be accompanied by Advertisement for bids, Certificate of Insurance, Bid Bond and a Responsible Contractor Certificate. Specifications are available in the office of the City Public Works Director. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the bidding and reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn within thirty days from the date bids are opened.
