Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Chaska, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work consists of the demolition of the existing Wellhouse No. 7 and the construction of a new water treatment plant that includes aeration, gravity filtration, backwash pumping, clearwell storage, chemical storage and dosing, high service pumping, and systems controls. The project includes pumping equipment for the new Well No. 10, existing Well No. 7 rehabilitation and pumping equipment refurbishment, and site civil work including sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, grading, and utility connections. Approximate quantities are provided in the bid form.
