Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chaska, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a road / highway.
The work consists of the construction of storm sewer, watermain, sanitary sewer, services, streets and sidewalk construction in a residential area in Downtown Chaska with approximately the following quantities: 3,500 SY of bituminous road removal, 1 LS remove existing bridge, 700 LF of 15”, 24” and 48” RCP storm sewer pipe, 10 EA of storm sewer structures, 350 LF of 8” PVC sanitary sewer, 2 EA of sanitary sewer manholes, 700 LF of 6” to 12” PVC watermain, 2,500 LF of 4”–8” drain tile, 4,000 CY of common excavation, 1,500 TN of aggregate base, 3,100 CY of granular borrow, 700 CY of topsoil borrow, 650 TN of bituminous course mixture, 1,300 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 9,000 SF of concrete walk and driveway. Work also includes traffic control, erosion control, dewatering, restoration, signing, clearing and grubbing, and correlated appurtenances. This will be a prevailing wage project. All plan holders who order electronic proposals through QuestCDN will receive addenda as they are released; however, it is the Contractor’s full responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda prior to the submittal of bids.
